R. Lee Friese, Music Director and Conductor
R. Lee Friese serves as Music Director and Conductor for all five Inland Northwest Musicians performing ensembles. Mr. Friese has Master’s degrees in both choral and orchestral conducting from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He served for nine years as Music Director of the Walla Walla Symphony in Walla Walla, WA, and for 13 years as Music Director of the Oregon East Symphony in Pendleton. With over 30 years of professional conducting experience, Mr. Friese brings a wealth of talent and expertise to his leadership of Inland Northwest Musicians.
